Cody Alan Ennis, age 22, of Mt. Home, Arkansas, departed this life on October 22, 2013. He was born October 2, 1991, in Nevada, Missouri.
Cody loved to draw and could draw about anything he saw or dreamed of. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
Preceding him in death were his brother Jacob, paternal grandfather Shorty Ennis and maternal grandfather Donald Delk.
Cody leaves behind his mother Christina Holland of Mt. Home, AR; father Marland (Kathy) Ennis of Kansas; brothers: Shawn (Aleasha) Fishburn, Skyler Fishburn, Christopher Fishburn and Billy Ferguson; sisters: Melissa Fishburn, Amber Fishburn, Lacey Ennis, and Tamela Hadl; nephew Kayden Fishburn; maternal great-grandmother Fern Delk of El Dorado Springs, MO; maternal grandparents Carol (AW) Dover of Mt. Home, AR; paternal grandparents Kathy (William) Burlingame of Greenfield, MO; uncles: Bill (Tracy) Ennis and Rick (Judy) Delk of El Dorado Springs, MO; Matt Ennis of Springfield, MO; Randy (Lurinda) Delk of Kansas City, MO; aunts: Jama (Paul) Nordby of Powersite, MO; Candy (Wayne) Farrier of Greenfield, MO; Kelly Delk of El Dorado Springs, MO; Amanda (Trevor) Watkins of Sedalia, MO; and Amanda Ennis; great uncles: Bob (Judy) Friar and Ken Friar of El Dorado Springs, MO; and Michael (Mary Kay) Delk of Florida; and many cousins.
Graveside services for Cody Ennis were held Friday morning, October 25, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at Sinking Creek Cemetery near Everton, Missouri, with Bill Ennis officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home.
